Most of our products are stored in local and international warehouses, ensuring faster and more reliable delivery wherever you are. However, in rare cases where a product is temporarily out of stock locally, we may ship your order from one of our trusted overseas warehouses. This allows us to maintain the availability of our products and ensure you receive your items. Regardless of the shipping location, we remain committed to providing the best delivery experience.
Our dedicated team processes all orders within 24 hours of purchase (or up to 48 hours during public holidays and peak seasons). Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location. Please note that courier-related delays may sometimes occur, and we appreciate your patience if this happens.
